Lisa Whelchel has these suggestions.

1.       Grab flash cards
a.       Just hold them

2.       Find a verse and write it down
a.       Write it out not type it!
b.      She says studies show that writing is not only a motor process but it is a memory process.

3.       Walk around and read what you have written
a.       Writing it, reading it and hiding it in your heart.

Lisa gave this verse as a way to try this technique out!

Praise the Lord, all nations!  Extol him, all peoples!
For great is his steadfast love toward us,
and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever.
 Praise the Lord!
Psalm 117

She also suggests you take that note card and bring it with you during your daily routine.  Put it in your purse or your pocket.  Start your day and end your day with God.

Good Luck!!  Now that we went through the 3 different techniques we will see what she has in store for us tomorrow!!
